I am a self taught baker (baking for more years than I'd care to admit), and absolutely love to create delicious cake and cupcakes...............life it too short, just eat the cake! I am also a mummy to two little girls who are the just the most amazing little people.

What can I say, my first love when baking! and my little Emily's too!
I love to bake cake, decorate cake, and most of all eat cake! My favourite is Chocolate fudge cake, I also loooove coffee cake, carrot cake, a good old classic sponge cake.
I put my heart into everything I bake, I am always working on my recipes and my skills and really appreciate getting to be a big part of someone's celebration and putting a buttercream smile of everyone face.
